Step-by-Step Job Application Process
Follow these 12 strict steps to navigate the FIA online recruitment and e-Rozgaar portal securely:
Step 1 — Open the official FIA Careers page
Go to the main FIA Official Careers page (link provided at the bottom of this guide).
Step 2 — Click the online application link
On the official Careers page, find and click the official "Apply online" option.
Step 3 — Open the FIA Jobs Portal
This will securely redirect you to jobs.fia.gov.pk (the FIA e-Rozgaar login page) where you will see Sign In and Sign Up options.
Step 4 — Create an account
If you are a new applicant, click Sign Up and enter your Name, Email, Password, and Confirm password.
Step 5 — Log in
After successful registration, log back into your FIA account using your newly created email and password credentials.
Step 6 — Check available vacancies
Look for current recruitment advertisements and choose a position. FIA specifically recruits for investigation, technical, administrative, engineering, and IT posts.
Step 7 — Read the advertisement carefully
Check the strict requirements: Qualification, Age limit, Experience, Domicile/quota, Physical requirements (if applicable), Application deadline, and specific Test requirements.
Step 8 — Complete your application
Enter your personal, educational, and professional information exactly as requested by the e-Rozgaar portal.
Step 9 — Upload required documents
Depending on the vacancy, securely upload documents such as your CNIC, Educational certificates/degrees, Domicile, Experience certificates, a Photograph, and any other specified documents.
Step 10 — Submit the application
Review everything carefully for accuracy and submit your complete application before the strict deadline.
Step 11 — Download/keep your proof
Keep your application number securely saved, along with your registration information and copies of all submitted documents.
Step 12 — Take the required tests
Follow the recruitment phases precisely. For many roles, you will first face a Physical & Endurance Test, followed by a Written Examination (CBT), and finally panel interviews.
