We are currently looking for a Business Strategy & Operations Analyst II to join our expanding team. This role is offered as Hybrid - Islamabad.

1. Access the Application Form
Start by heading over to the official job posting via the provided link. Once there, scroll down the page to find the "Apply for this job" section.
2. Provide Your Personal Information
You can choose to click "Autofill my application" which uses your resume to fill the fields automatically. Otherwise, manually type in your First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone number, and Location.
3. Upload Documents & Education
Under the Resume/CV section, attach your updated resume by uploading a file directly, or importing from Dropbox/Google Drive. Do the same for your Cover Letter if you have one. Then, correctly select your Education details from the dropdowns (School, Degree, Discipline) and input your start and end dates.
4. Answer Motive's Custom Questions
Fill out any required links such as your LinkedIn Profile or Portfolio URL. You will also be asked to select the top tangible factors that are most important to you (e.g., Career Growth, Remote Work, Culture) and briefly answer a question about what makes Motive an appealing place to work for you.
5. Complete Compliance & Submit
Answer questions regarding your U.S. work authorization and immigration sponsorship needs. Finally, fill out the Voluntary Self-Identification forms (Gender, Ethnicity, Veteran Status, Disability Status). After a final review, click the blue "Submit application" button at the bottom of the page.
