Step 1 — Open the official PPL Careers page
Go to the official PPL Careers & Recruitment portal using the link provided at the bottom of this guide.
Step 2 — Check for current vacancies
Go to the Careers & Recruitment section and look for Job Announcements / Vacancies.
Step 3 — Check the job advertisement
When PPL announces a vacancy, deeply review the advertisement and check: Required degree, Engineering discipline, Experience, Age limit, Location, Eligibility criteria, Application deadline, and the Application method.
Step 4 — Check whether the position is for fresh graduates
Look out for the two-year on-job training programs or Summer Internships meant exclusively for young graduates and current university students.
Step 5 — Follow the application method in the advertisement
If the advertisement says NTS, you must apply through the NTS portal and take their written test. Do not send your CV directly to PPL if NTS is mandated.
Step 6 — Prepare your documents
Usually keep these ready: an Updated CV/Resume, CNIC, Degree/certificate, Academic transcripts, PEC registration (if required), Experience certificates, Recent photograph, and Domicile (if specifically requested).
